What We Do
Groundwater Network is a nonprofit project that supports our growing network of alumni and partners. We are a community of practice and power made up of leaders who work to increase their personal impact, address the structural and cultural roots of inequity, and bring the full weight of their influence, and organizations to bear in creating a world where everyone can thrive.
Who Our Members Are
We welcome anyone who is committed to the purpose and uniting commitments of the Groundwater Network and who has a demonstrated proficiency in using an equity-focused analysis rooted in data-based outcomes of systems, historical and structural literacy, and the impacts of differential and compound advantage. We represent a wide-reaching organizing strategy that has the capacity to stitch together efforts to fight for and win a world where everyone can thrive. Joining the network isn’t a passive action — it’s a commitment to participating in a movement ecosystem.
